이용약관

이 약관은 앵챗 정보봇(이하 "사이트", 운영자 X 계정 @aichatinfobot)과 사이트 안의 그림 생성 도구(웹 생성기와 윈도우용 "프롬프트 연동형 생성기", 이하 "생성 도구")를 이용하는 조건을 정합니다.

1. 운영 주체

사이트는 개인이 운영하는 사이트입니다. 운영자는 어떤 회사나 개인으로부터도 광고·협찬·후원을 받지 않았으며, 사이트에 실린 프롬프트·글·그림과 안내는 대가를 받고 쓴 것이 아닙니다.

2. 비공식 도구 안내

사이트와 생성 도구는 PixAI, NovelAI(Anlatan) 등 외부 AI 그림 서비스의 공식 도구가 아닌 비공식 도구입니다. 운영자는 이 회사들과 제휴·후원·보증 관계가 없으며, 이 회사들은 사이트와 생성 도구에 대해 지원하거나 책임지지 않습니다. 각 서비스 이름과 상표는 해당 회사의 것입니다.

3. 생성 도구의 동작

생성 도구는 이용자가 직접 넣은 이용자 본인의 외부 서비스 접속 정보(토큰)로, 이용자가 버튼을 누를 때 그 서비스에 그림 생성을 요청합니다.
토큰은 이용자의 브라우저(또는 이용자의 컴퓨터)에만 저장되며 사이트 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 요청은 이용자의 브라우저에서 외부 서비스로 바로 갑니다.
생성에 드는 비용(예: Anlas)은 이용자의 외부 서비스 계정에서 쓰입니다. 생성 도구에 보이는 비용은 대략 값이며, 실제 비용은 외부 서비스가 정합니다.
외부 서비스의 이용약관과 정책을 지키는 것은 이용자의 책임입니다.
외부 서비스가 바뀌거나 장애가 생기면 생성 도구가 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

4. 프롬프트와 예제 이미지

사이트의 프롬프트는 자유롭게 사용하고 수정해도 됩니다.
단, 프롬프트를 복제해 유료로 판매하거나 무단 배포하는 행위, 예제 이미지를 내려받아 사용하는 행위는 금지합니다.

5. 이용 자격과 19금

사이트는 X 계정으로 로그인해 이용하며, 만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.
19금 항목은 운영자가 성인 여부를 확인한 이용자만 볼 수 있습니다.

6. 금지 행위와 이용 제한

원활한 사이트 이용과 이용자 보호를 위해, 아래 행위를 하거나 하려고 한 계정은 사전 경고 없이 영구적으로 이용이 제한됩니다.

작업물 무단 이용: 프롬프트를 복제해 유료로 판매하는 행위, 프롬프트를 무단으로 배포하는 행위(다른 사이트·커뮤니티·메신저에 통째로 옮기거나 모음으로 올리는 것 포함), 예제 이미지를 내려받거나 캡처해 사용하는 행위, 워터마크를 지우는 행위, 사이트의 글·그림을 출처 없이 자기 것처럼 올리는 행위
사이트에 부담을 주거나 우회하는 행위: 프로그램(봇·크롤러·매크로 등)으로 글을 대량으로 가져가거나 자동으로 접속하는 행위, 로그인·19금 인증·이용 제한을 우회하려는 행위(다른 계정으로 다시 이용하는 것 포함), 사이트의 취약점을 노리거나 서버를 일부러 느리게 하는 행위
계정 관련: 19금 인증에 다른 사람의 화면이나 조작한 화면을 보내는 행위, 19금 내용을 미성년자에게 보여 주거나 넘기는 행위, 계정을 다른 사람에게 빌려주거나 함께 쓰는 행위
게시판: 욕설·비방·특정인 저격·성희롱, 도배·광고·사이트와 관계없는 글, 다른 사람의 개인정보를 올리는 행위
생성 도구 악용: 생성 도구로 법령이나 외부 서비스의 규정을 어기는 그림(특히 미성년자를 성적으로 묘사한 그림)을 만드는 행위, 생성 도구를 개조하거나 다시 배포하는 행위
운영 방해: 운영자나 다른 이용자를 사칭하는 행위, 허위 사실을 퍼뜨려 사이트 운영을 방해하는 행위
그 밖의 경우: 그 밖에 위 1~6에 준하는 행위로 사이트 운영을 방해하거나 악의적인 행위

이용이 제한된 계정은 사이트와 사이트의 작업물(프롬프트·글·그림·생성 도구)을 이용할 수 없으며, X 아이디를 바꾸어도 제한은 유지됩니다.
제한 사유와 시기는 개별적으로 알리지 않습니다.
제한에 이의가 있으면 contact@aichatinfobot.com으로 알려 주세요.
이 약관 시행 전에 이용이 제한된 계정도 이 약관에 따른 제한으로 봅니다.
버그·건의 게시판에 쓴 글은 쓴 사람의 X 계정 정보와 함께 로그인한 다른 이용자에게 보이며, 위 기준에 어긋나는 글은 운영자가 지울 수 있습니다.

Terms of Use

This is an English translation. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

These terms set out the conditions for using AIChat Info Bot (the "Site", operator's X account @aichatinfobot) and the image generation tools on the Site (the web generator and the Windows "Prompt-Linked Generator", the "Generation Tools").

1. Operator

The Site is run by an individual. The operator has not received any advertising, sponsorship or payment from any company or person, and the prompts, posts, images and guides on the Site were not written in exchange for compensation.

2. Unofficial tool notice

The Site and the Generation Tools are unofficial tools, not official tools of PixAI, NovelAI (Anlatan) or any other external AI image service. The operator is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies, and these companies do not support or take responsibility for the Site or the Generation Tools. All service names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. How the Generation Tools work

The Generation Tools send image generation requests to an external service using the user's own access credentials (token) that the user enters, only when the user presses a button.
The token is stored only in the user's browser (or on the user's computer) and is never sent to the Site's servers. Requests go directly from the user's browser to the external service.
Any generation cost (e.g. Anlas) is charged to the user's external service account. Costs shown in the Generation Tools are estimates; the actual cost is determined by the external service.
Users are responsible for following the terms and policies of the external service.
The Generation Tools may stop working if the external service changes or has an outage.

4. Prompts and example images

You may freely use and modify the prompts on the Site.
However, copying prompts to sell them for a fee, redistributing them without permission, and downloading and using the example images are prohibited.

5. Eligibility and adult content

The Site is used by signing in with an X account. Users under the age of 14 may not use the Site.
Adult (19+) sections are available only to users whose adult status has been verified by the operator.

6. Prohibited conduct and restrictions

To keep the Site running smoothly and to protect users, any account that engages or attempts to engage in the following conduct will be permanently restricted without prior warning.

Unauthorized use of works: copying prompts to sell them for a fee; redistributing prompts without permission (including moving them wholesale or as collections to other sites, communities or messengers); downloading or screen-capturing example images for use; removing watermarks; posting the Site's posts or images as your own without credit.
Burdening or circumventing the Site: bulk collection of content or automated access using programs (bots, crawlers, macros, etc.); attempting to bypass sign-in, adult verification or restrictions (including returning with another account); exploiting vulnerabilities or deliberately slowing down the servers.
Accounts: submitting another person's screen or a manipulated screen for adult verification; showing or passing adult content to minors; lending or sharing an account with others.
Board: profanity, defamation, targeting specific people, sexual harassment; spam, advertising or posts unrelated to the Site; posting other people's personal information.
Misuse of the Generation Tools: creating images that violate the law or the rules of external services (especially images sexually depicting minors); modifying or redistributing the Generation Tools.
Interfering with operation: impersonating the operator or other users; spreading false information to interfere with the Site's operation.
Other cases: any other conduct comparable to items 1–6 that interferes with the Site's operation or is malicious.

A restricted account may not use the Site or its works (prompts, posts, images and Generation Tools), and the restriction remains even if the X username is changed.
The reason for and timing of a restriction are not disclosed individually.
If you wish to object to a restriction, please contact contact@aichatinfobot.com.
Accounts restricted before these terms took effect are also deemed restricted under these terms.
Posts on the Bug & Suggestion board are shown to other signed-in users together with the author's X account information, and the operator may remove posts that violate the above.
